Doctor Kalasak's, Madison Medical Center, is the place to go when you know your pain has not and will not stop. His Nurse Practitioners and all of his staff, have been polite, respectful and patient with me since my first visit. I was treated like a junkie at 3 other pain offices. After reading the reviews over and over on pain doctor's in Huntsville, I called Dr Kalisak. From the Receptionist to the Phlebotomist, after 3 years, still they act like they know we are hurting and need help. They're knowledgeable about my pain, it's causes and effects on my life. They listen then make recommendations. They ask questions, they actually listen to me and help me make and get through the decisions I have to make in life. Thank all of you at Madison Medical!

the doctor and staff are all very polite, compassionate and professional. Dr K is very easy to talk to, I am in good hands! The wait time was about 5 minutes and I was in and out after addressing my current needs. They always take the time to listen. I’m grateful for that!

I started with "Zack" who brought me back and asked a few questions. He was a pleasure to deal with. After the preliminaries were over we visited for awhile. We had some experience in common and we visited so he started the visit on a positive note. The visit continued with the nurse-practioner(sp.) Janice(I think) and we visited about what was happening and what happened to me when I missed taking a pill the previous Sunday. She listened and commented after I told my story and what she predicted came to pass. I don't know what more I could ask for. This is not an appointment that I dread, in fact I look forward to it.

This is the best ran pain clinic I've been to in my 24 years of chronic pain treatment. Dr.Kal stay's on top of my pain issues and the staff always treats you like you're important to them.

They are so understanding an Dr K really listens an so do the nurses I feel at home there an I have recommended them to my family an friends I have been going there for three years an I have never had any complaints I have a lot of problems with pain an they go above an beyond to help me thanku Dr K an staff for taking such good care of me but most of all thanku for treating me with compassion an respect!!!
